We try to keep a variety of 8” cakes and cupcakes on hand for immediate purchase, but we highly recommend ordering custom cakes 1-2 weeks in advance. We do our best to accommodate all, but cannot guarantee availably for custom orders placed less than 1 week in advance.

Deposits and Payments
A 50%, non-refundable, deposit is due at time of placing any custom order. This deposit secures your spot for your date of service, and therefore prohibits us from overbooking. Until deposit is submitted, your inquiry is considered a pending order. Unpaid invoices are canceled after 24hrs. Remaining balance on orders may be paid prior to, or when picked up. Wedding cakes and deliveries must be paid in full 1 week before event.
Refunds and Cancellations
Notification of cancellations/postponed events must be made 7 days, or more, in advance to receive a partial refund (note: 50% deposit and any charges incurred while preparing your order, is non-refundable regardless of cancellation date.) We understand life happens. Unforeseen issues can happen at the most inconvenient time prohibiting such notification timeframe. We will assess each case and come to a fair resolution, such as postponing cake for another date.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, please let us know immediately so that we may make every attempt to correct any errors. If your cake is irreparable due to our error, please return the uneaten portion of the cake within 24 hours. Partial or full refunds are decided on a case by case basis. Please note that we do not provide refunds in cases where the product was prepared accordingly, but the flavor, texture or design did not meet a personal preference, nor in the case of improper transporting and handling once you pick up.
Modifications
Because we customize cakes, we often hand-make pieces, and order supplies weeks in advance to ensure we have them on hand before your date of service. For this reason, any design modifications to custom orders may not be granted, or may be subject to a rush order fee based upon time and product availability. Standard modifications, such as size and flavor, can be made up to 1 week in advance.
